Unloop Privacy Policy

How Unloop handles your information.

Unloop helps you reflect on habits, record urges, and make time for focused activity.

Your entries and progress

Your habits, diary text, check-ins, focus sessions, and onboarding preferences are stored on your device. Unloop does not send this content to RevenueCat. Your Apple device backup settings may include app data.

Purchases and subscriptions

Unloop uses Apple’s in-app purchase system and RevenueCat to process and restore subscriptions, verify access to Unloop Plus, and measure subscription performance. RevenueCat receives purchase history and an automatically generated app user identifier. Unloop does not ask you to create an account or provide your name or email to use its features.

Apple processes your payment information. Unloop does not receive your payment-card details. See Apple’s privacy policy and RevenueCat’s privacy policy for their practices.

Home Screen widgets

Unloop shares progress summaries and subscription-access status with its own widget extension on your device. Diary text is not included. Widget summaries can be visible to anyone who can see your Home Screen.

Advertising

Unloop does not use advertising SDKs or request access to an advertising identifier. It does not send your habits or diary entries to advertising services.

Your choices

You can delete local app data from Unloop Settings. Deleting local data or uninstalling Unloop does not cancel your subscription or erase transaction records held by Apple or RevenueCat. Manage or cancel your subscription through your App Store account.

If you contact support, the information you choose to provide is used to respond to your request. Avoid including private diary entries unless you want to share them for that purpose.
